September 1993 - organised groups of civil initiative for demilitarization of ex military barracks squated the buildings at Metelkova. Among them there were also LGBT activists from the Student Cultural Association (SKUC).

October 1993 - lesbian and gay club Magnus-Monokel started working at the Hunters (Lovci) building.

1996 - Student Cultural Association (SKUC) obtains the club place Magnus-Monokel from the City of Ljubljana legally for purpose of running its LGBT program.

1998 - the club divides into gay club Tiffany and lesbian club Monokel.

From year 1998 and after at the lesbian club Monokel many events have occured: literature evenings, concerts, workshop, debates, dance performances,  workshops for Pride parade etc.

For running the club and making its program we have to thank many commited volunteers.
